Hi, my name is Kayla Itsines!
Since 2008, I’ve been helping women find their way to becoming fitter, healthier and more confident. I’m so passionate about encouraging and assisting women to be healthy and feeling their absolute best. I believe a healthy lifestyle is in everyone’s reach, no matter what your background or schedule! Whether you’re a uni student, a busy parent or you work full-time, you deserve to feel good about yourself.
My workouts can be completed in just 28 minutes; perfect if you struggle to make time for exercising. Helping women all over the world to feel fitter and healthier, my BBG program incorporates high-intensity plyometric and resistance exercises. My new program, BBG Stronger, incorporates weights machines and other gym equipment to help you build strength and fitness.
As a SWEAT trainer, you can workout with me either at home OR in the gym! Find my program in the SWEAT app, where you can also access planners, recipes and meal plans to fuel your body.
